The 4 established divisions of Signing Australia have been molded around our customer’s needs; specifically, the problems we can solve for them. Doing this has helped us enhance the client experience and provide niche expertise to all stake holders and how we retain our clients. 

We measure customer satisfaction though 3 metrics Repeat Business, Referrals and Recommendations and Positive Feedback. 

Below is a little about how just 2 of our division provides that specialized service to the client it was designed to assist and why they remain satisfied.  

FORGE 

These clients being the medium-sized Commercial Builders, Commercial Fit Out Companies who are currently facing a myriad of challenges including labour shortages, regulatory compliance, and rising construction costs. Our reduced turnaround, rapid response and competitive pricing help clients in this arena be competitive and deliver quality projects. Being able to work collaboratively with the other trades that are on site at the same time is essential to quality experience. For our top-tier clients in we offer consulting services and often work liaise between the builder (client) and other stakeholders (designer/client/council) to offer solutions and manage expectations improving our client’s ability to deliver a project on time and in budget that meets regulations and that their client is delighted with. 

Relationship marketing and referrals have been the pivot marketing strategy in attracting these clients.  

FIT 

These clients send signage for installation and project management from the eastern states. We often must negotiate between various stake holders, business owners, sign company project manager and install manager, transport company, crane company, western power, local council, and traffic management. All of these projects have rigid deadlines and some even have penalties for not meeting the deadlines or for defaults. We are very proud that we have never incurred a penalty in the 15 years we have been in business. We know that is this because we are clear and open in our communication and are solutions focused. If a problem occurs, we contact the client to inform them that there is an issue and ALWAYS offer a solution. These are our points of difference and why we have been able to retain these clients for so long. 

Many of these clients have been with us since 2008 – 2010 and others have been through employees of those companies referring us. 

FIX 

These clients tend to be the same as our larger FIX clients. We perform sign maintenance and cleans on 7 Elevens and other service stations aa well as various car yards. This is often a legal requirement, as in the case of some damaged service station signage or a value add for car yards to increase the life of the sign. Very few sign companies offer the maintenance service or have the WPCG accreditation that allows them to work on live petrol station sites. We solve the problem of having to send employees over from Sydney and Melbourne to perform the tasks. 

FORM 

The clients we have here are the interior designers and commercial builders looking for wall papers and interior graphics for windows ie office partitions as well as receptions signs. We have educational institutions in Perth and Geraldton who we help create incredible spaces. Innovative solutions to larger commercial spaces is our specialty, finding the right design and material to help an office space become inspiring is something we love to do for our clients. Relationship marketing and referrals are our main marketing strategies.
